The appointment of Sulaiman Ibrahim as the Director General of Protocol by Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo of Kogi State has been described as a wonderful and welcomed development

The Chairman of UPPP noted that Sulaiman appointment comes with a lot of goodwill from the people of the state .
