The Federal high court sitting in Jalingo has strike out the application of Professor Joseph Albasu Kunini to join the ongoing Taraba PDP Gubernortorial litigation.
The court also dismissed the application field by Hilkia Buba Joda Mafindi seeking to join the same suit.
