Lamboginny Jubilate US Citizenship Rolling On The Floor

For former Nigerian Afro-Dancehall singer, Yinka Lawanson, popularly known as Lamboginny, japa has paid off. He is on top of the world now for obtaining US citizenship. His style of celebration says it all.

In a viral video, Lamboginny was seen rolling on the floor and dancing in utter happiness after receiving his certificate of citizenship. Some people have been like, roll on the floor? That’s awkward. Did he receive a ticket to heaven? Is he the first to become a US citizen? Of course no. There are many Nigerians who have become US citizens for several decades.

Well, if you think it’s easy, go ask Nigerians who have tried in vain to japa how life is with them; not to talk of becoming a US citizen. Some, after selling their valuables, and spending hard earned cash processing papers, were denied entry. Can you imagine that someone intending to japa said she was told that 43million naira in her account was insufficient funds? So, please understand Lamboginny’s over dramatised mode of celebration. He left the country a few years ago and now, he is an oyibo as someone said.
