Law Maker Hails President Tinubu

A member of the house of Representatives representing Bakori-Danja Alhaji Abdullahi Balarabe Dabai, has described President Bola Ahmad Tinubu’s plan to provide palliative to Nigerians as a move in the right direction.
The lawmaker made the statement while commenting on the recent approval by the house of Representatives for the president to spend 5000 billion naira to cushion the effect of subsidy removal.
Alhaji Abdullahi Balarabe Dabai, who lauded Nigerians for thier patient and tolerant despite the hardship they are going through as result of subsidy removal, confirmed that the house will ensure the funds were used for purpose they were meant for.
He said to achieve the desired goal from the proposed palliative Programme security, Agriculture and small scale businesses should be prioritized to allow farmers engage in large food production for improved food security and self reliant in the society.
He said as members who were elected to serve the Nigerian masses they would collaborate with their state Governors to introduce programmes that will empower women and youth as the agents of meaningful development and peaceful coexistence.
Alhaji Abdullahi Dabai, who was worried over the damages insecurity has caused to communities in many parts of Katsina State expressed satisfaction that the State government effort in collaboration with security, traditional institutions and members of the vigilante services people have started sleeping with their two eyes closed.
On plans against his constituents, the member stressed as new comer is still on the learning process on how to prepare motions and Bills on issues that affects the lives of his people and presented to the house for proper legislation and implementation.
He appealed to his constituents to continue to be law abiding and support moves capable of improving their standard assuring them of his effort to bring empowerment Programmes that have direct bearing on their lives.
