Bishop Abioye and Aremu of the living faith church didn’t retired but resigned.
Sources( Pastors )within the living faith church that spoke with Kwararafa Reporters expressed disappointment with the way and manner the highly revered Bishops were forced to resigned, due to the many internal crisis within the commission as it regards succession.
The sources confirmed that contrary to the media reports, the Bishops didn’t retire but tendered their resignation.
The Sources Confirmed that the Bishops, have since been rendered incapacitated as decisions are taking without their input and as such belittling them.
He went further to disclose that the review of the “Mandate” was just to save the face of the commission as it was hurriedly put together and the age for retirement reduced just to avoid the negative effect the news of the resignation will cause.
One of the source who didn’t want his name mentioned, said members are made to believe that the church pays the Pastors well, but in the real sense some resident Pastors earn less than sixty thousand naira as salary in a month.
A Source who also spoke confirmed that Pastors pay bribe in form of seed to those in charge of posting to enable them get good and flourishing location.
In his words “Some of us are frustrated, and tired and can’t air our view, many policies that are not favourable, many of us are operating under a very tense atmosphere as Pastors”
A northern source heading one of the location in the North, said about one thousand pastors were sacked earlier this year from the church leading those affected into frustration and regret.
Another Source who spoke with Kwararafa Reporters said his faith as a pastor in the church and Christianity is now shaking as he will now work to ensure there is an alternative to fall back to before he is sacked or ask to retire.
