Supreme Court Victory: CPPP Chairman Congratulates Governor Ododo, Urges Unity

The Chairman of the Coalition of Political Parties for Ododo, Hon. Bala Abdulghafar Dirisu, Congratulates Governor Usman Ododo on his Supreme Court Victory

Comrade Bala Abdulghafar Dirisu, the Chairman of the Coalition of Progressive Political Party, has congratulated His Excellency Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo on the Supreme Court’s validation of his electoral victory. The Supreme Court, sitting in Abuja, upheld Ododo’s victory on Thursday, August 23, 2024.

Comrade Dirisu praised the Supreme Court judges for upholding truth and equity, describing the validation as “an act of God.” He commended members of opposition parties for seeking redress through the courts and urged them to join hands with Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo to move the state forward.

The CPPP leader also tasked Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo to always carry opposition members along in the interest of fairness and equality. “I congratulate His Excellency Governor Ododo on the Supreme Court verdict, which confirmed his duly elected status. I urge him to carry all opposition members along and work together for the state’s progress.
